SysTools AD Console - Active Directory Management is a complete tool for the purpose of creating and managing the users from Active Directory. It gives a complete list of all users and their associated properties such as user name, email id, mobile no. It helps to create a new user, modify the user information, delete the existing user, and many more activity. A new user mailbox can be created directly from the home screen of the software.
It also provides an option to roll back the changes applied to the directory, for the purpose of removing mistakes and start over. AD Console is an administrative tool that requires the Admin credentials to work. It contains 4 different tabs for different activity; these tabs are User, Organization, Settings, and Logs. User tab displays all the details of users and contains the options for performing operations on the users. This AD Management Tool also facilitates to manage the whole organization unit such as by creating, deleting, and renaming the organization unit. The user can replace the users from one organization to another by drag and drop method. To perform all the above organization related operations, an individual tab is placed for user convenience. An added facility provided by the software is that it can map the CSV fields from any external source to AD field i.e. any changes made to the CSV file can be easily imported to AD fields. A separate Log section is built in the tool to manage the user properties easily; this log section provides the details of every action performed by a user while working with Exchange Server machine. To save these user properties for further use, a CSV file is created. AD Console software works and performs all the operations on the existence of MS Exchange Server on the user's machine in active mode. AD Console is available in 2 versions, one is Demo Version having some limitations and to avail all the facilities, the user has to switch to its Upgraded Version. This software is compatible with Windows 10 and all below versions (32- bit & 64-bit).
